Home Loans: Promise to Pay

Make a payment arrangement for the amount in arrears on your Home Loan account
Step 1 of 8

To begin, go to your home screen and select your Home Loan account tile.

Select PROMISE TO PAY to make a payment arrangement.

Enter your Payment amount and the Payment date.

Then select REVIEW to continue.

Finally, check that your promise to pay details are correct, then select CONFIRM.

You will see the payment arrangement accepted on your screen.

Select DONE to return to the home screen.

Once you have captured a promised payment, you can view your Promise to Pay details by selecting your Home Loan account tile on the home screen.

Select VIEW on the Promised payment tile.

Now you can view the details of your promised payment under Summary.

Select the back arrow to return to the home screen.

Frequently asked questions about Promise to Pay
If I capture a Promise to Pay, will my debit order be affected?
No, your debit order will remain in place.
Will the Promise to Pay replace the debit order for this specific month?
No, the Promise to Pay amount is to cover the arrear amount, and your debit order still needs to be honoured to ensure that the account doesn't go into arrears.
What happens if I can't pay the Promise to Pay amount?
Please contact the Collections Call Centre on 0860 102 270 to cancel the Promise to Pay and make new arrangements.
What happens if I don’t pay the Promise to Pay amount?
Your account will remain in arrears, and you’ll be contacted for a new payment arrangement.
